Sarah Holton
I’m the spouse of a retired active-duty military member, and over the years, I’ve relocated eight times in a ten-year period—including a move overseas to Germany. Those experiences have given me a deep understanding of what it means to navigate major transitions and start fresh in new places.
I grew up in a small town in Nebraska, where my parents owned a pizza restaurant. Watching them run their business instilled in me the values of hard work, dedication, and showing up for people every day. After graduating from the University of Nebraska, I moved to Denver, Colorado, where I worked in marketing for advertising companies and online businesses.
Later, I moved to Germany to work and travel, where I met my husband, who was serving as an active-duty U.S. Army officer. Through years of military life, multiple relocations, and raising a family along the way, I developed a strong appreciation for the importance of guidance, communication, and having someone you trust during the buying and selling process.
Today, I’m based in Richmond, Virginia, where I bring my background in sales and marketing together with real-life experience to help clients navigate their moves with clarity and confidence. I’m passionate about building relationships that extend well beyond the transaction and creating an experience that feels thoughtful, supported, and successful from start to finish.
Over the years, I’ve built my business around helping clients navigate everything from everyday moves to luxury listings, military relocations, and new construction.
